| Kirk Hendricks President |
Has a B.A. from CU in Science Education with an emphasis on Geology and an M.Ed. from the University of Hartford. He is a Pine Brook pioneer, having lived here since 1966. While teaching science in the Boulder schools for ten years he began a second career as a builder and has pursued that vocation for 30 years. He is Chair of the Water Board and has served on the Board since May of 1982.

| Mel Beauprez Secretary |
Mel Beauprez holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from CU and a certificate in administration from UNC. He has been a teacher and school administrator in the Boulder Valley Schools for 30 years. A Pine Brooker since 1970, he has served on the Water Board for eight years.

| Steve Maxwell |
Steve holds Master's degrees in Geological Sciences and in Public Policy from Harvard University, and an undergraduate degree from Earlham College. He is the Managing Director of TechKNOWLEDGEy Strategic Group, a management consulting and investment banking business which focuses specifically on the commercial environmental services and water resource businesses. He is also involved with water investment funds, and has worked with all types of water technology and service companies. He regularly speaks and writes in various industry forums and journals about broader water resource challenges and opportunities. He has lived in Pine Brook Hills with his wife Susan for fifteen years, and previously served on the Pine Brook Fire District board of directors.

| Matt Rheingold |
Originally from Cape Cod, Matt came to Boulder in 1994. He is a CU graduate with a B.A. in Psychology. He works as a Broker Associate with Colorado Landmark Realtors and is involved in various real estate ventures. A Pine Brook resident since 1999, Matt lives with his wife and 2 children. As the newest board member and next generation of Pine Brookers, Matt feels compelled to learn more about the Pine Brook Water District and issues which may impact our community.

| Marie Zanowick Treasurer |
Has a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech. She has worked in the environmental field for approximately 20 years and is currently employed by the Environmental Protection Agency. She has volunteered as a Water Board member for 11 years.

The five members of the Pine Brook Water Board of Directors are elected to four year terms. Every two years in May,
