The Pine Brook Water District is audited annually as required by State Law. An audit done in 2011 is auditing the financial year of 2010. The purpose of the audit is to ensure that the District is following the proper procedures as required by State Law, to see if the District is staying financially viable, and to also see if there are red flags indicating inappropriate financial transactions.
